Founded in 2021 by Michael Manus, Scope Technical was created with a clear purpose: to help companies and professionals make better hiring decisions - with clarity, confidence, and context.
With over a decade of experience in engineering and manufacturing recruitment, Michael has worked closely with hiring leaders and technical professionals across a wide range of roles and industries. That experience provided a front-row view into how hiring decisions are made, where misalignment occurs, and why strong candidates are sometimes overlooked.
Over the course of his career, Michael has supported the placement of many engineering and manufacturing professionals across key markets, including Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Illinois.
