Founded in 2021 by Michael Manus, Scope Technical was created with a simple goal: to help companies and professionals navigate hiring decisions with clarity and confidence. Michael brings over 10 years of recruitment experience, having worked closely with both clients and candidates across the engineering and manufacturing industries.
Over the course of his career, Michael has supported the placement of 600+ engineering professionals in a range of markets, including Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Illinois. These experiences shaped the way Scope Technical operates today - focused on listening first, understanding real hiring challenges, and delivering practical, well-matched solutions rather than quick wins.
